Who's Behind It?

National Effective Parenting Initiative

A growing number of individuals and organizations are behind NEPI. These forward thinking people and groups appreciate the importance of all children being raised as sensitively, carefully and competently as possible. Each has already made a commitment to do what they can in their own families, communities, schools, churches, synagogues, companies and organizations to make effective parenting a priority.

They are involved and supportive in one or more of the following ways:

As Advisory Board members who bring their expertise, reputations and contacts to shape and make NEPI as powerful as possible.
As Affiliated child and family and parenting education organizations who spread the word about NEPI and make their services and programs available. They have their own NEPI membership program.

The Advisory Board and the Affiliated Organizations provide the leadership for NEPI. As a totality, these people and groups represent over 200 years of experience in creating, disseminating and delivering parenting education services.
As Individual parents who pledge to be the best parents they can be and who sign a petition to make effective parenting and parenting education societal priorities. They also now have their own membership program.
As Professionals who educate and assist children, parents, and families and who have their own membership program.
As Financial Supporters who contribute their and their family’s funds to help fund all of NEPI's activities and services.
As Corporate, Foundation or Organizational Sponsors who donate to also fund NEPI's work nationwide.
