Help for Mental Health and Drug Problems

Being a parent is difficult enough in and of itself.  But trying to be the best parent you can be is even harder when you suffer from mental health problems like depression or you are addicted to drugs.

If you are so burdened -- and millions of people throughout the United States are -- and you are not already receiving the treatment and support you need, you can find appropriate help through a local Information and Referral Service.

It is now very easy find an I&R Service because of the existence of a new telephone number that connects people to the various community services in their cities.

Just dial 2-1-1.  Ask for the mental health or drug treatment services in your area.

If the 2-1-1 service is not accessible from your location, go to your telephone book and look up Information and Referral Services.
